The chaos and mayhem have not improved. In fact, they seem to be
getting worse.

Perhaps, more emphasis needs to be placed on the use of proper operating
procedures. Or, some other tact or teaching method needs to be used to
emphasize that one should ensure an existing QSO is not QRM'ed before
transmitting.

Don't you agree? Surely, you must be aware of the problems occurring on
the FM Satellites from QRM. The weekends are particularly difficult. As
more users are being added, the problem is getting worse. Education is the
key to making things better.

  QSO to finish before transmitting on top of it. This causes repeats which
  uses up the short time the Satellite is available for other Stations.
