RR, I figured. They'll get it sorted out, I'm sure. Sean Kutzko Amateur Radio KX9X From: Paul Stoetzer n8hm@arrl.net To: Sean K. kx9x@yahoo.com Cc: "kb2m@arrl.net" kb2m@arrl.net; "amsat-bb@amsat.org" amsat-bb@amsat.org Sent: Friday, February 13, 2015 8:55 AM Subject: Re: [amsat-bb] K1N sat log
Sean,
If you look up your call in my Clublog log, you'll see credit for a 2m phone QSO.
Band CW Phone Data 2 1
It's not configured well for satellite QSOs, though it does properly not add normal DXCC credit to your charts when the propagation mode is set to SAT in the ADIF. Given that the K1N expedition charts show 1 DXCC worked for their '2m FM' QSOs. I would bet that they haven't set the propagation mode correctly yet. We will have to follow up after the expedition to make sure the satellite QSOs are entered correctly for LoTW credit.

Apparently the Sat QSOs are listed as "2m FM." I have credit for K1N on 2M FM, anyway. :)

Yes. The 29 QSOs are in Clublog. I encourage everyone to check here as there were one or two who I thought made QSOs from listening live and to the recordings, but did not make the log:

Note that they are listed as 2m FM QSOs. They should be 2 PH with the way Clublog processes ADIF, but maybe they used FM to differentiate the satellite QSOs.
They just need five more QSOs to beat the 1978 Navassa DXpedition in satellite QSOs. I don't believe the 1992 group brought satellite gear, so I think the QSOs this year and in 1978 are the only satellite QSOs made from KP1.

Just talked to the K1N chief pilot on 80m. He said there are 29 contacts in the sat log so far.
