Note the Response Due Date!
Ofcom today published a discussion document on 10 GHz and the London 2012 Olympic Games and Paralympic Games. The document proposes a condition that could be included in the licences that are awarded if Ofcom concludes that it may need to make the spectrum available to meet the needs of the Games.
Ofcom continues to consider how to proceed with awarding wireless-telegraphy licences to use the 10 GHz, 28 GHz, 32 GHz and 40 GHz bands and plans to publish further documents in the spring.
Responses to the discussion document published today are due by 12 April 2007.
