[amsat-bb] Triton-1 update #3 21 November 2013 14:00UTC - Triton1 now in nominal idle mode

Hi all,

We have commanded Triton-1 to go to nominal mode, with the radio transmitting idle flags in between beacon transmissions. So the downlink will be on continuously unless it switches to safe mode.

Current downlink radio: TRXUV-0 Current downlink frequency: 145.822MHz AX.25 BPSK (so slightly off the nominal frequency of 145.815MHz)
