[amsat-bb] CHIBIS-M RS-39 Heard

Finally heard the CHIBIS-M RS-39, good strong signal this morning around 1110 UTC in Massachusetts. You could hear it right down to the Horizon 0.5 degrees elevation. It surprised me when I first heard it and then I switched the radio to CW and let SatPC handle the Doppler. It worked out pretty well.
