It was active! I heard a few other voices, but once I got my radio dialed in he was gone. I called out a handful of times and could clearly hear myself. I ended up with a 74.4 tone active to get in, but that may just have been timing and not necessary!

I just listened to a 23 degree pass in SC while mobile and heard some short weak transmissions. My buddy I'm with said he heard some voice in one of them
