Signal clearly visible at single-digit elevations from Virginia, USA. Tried but unfortunately could not decode even on replay, but the "Eye Diagram" in FoxTelem sure does try to form a nice circle!

Ignore my remark on the 20 minute offset. I was checking against a wrong TLE set. The pre-launch TLE set should still be used until really measured TLE sets will be published later today.
