Hello, New to satellites, and really new to the BB, so please forgive me for the simple questions. Little background. New Tech from Northern MN, since there is no traffic on the repeaters in my area, I started talking on the FM sats, and having a ton of fun. I currently have maybe 40 QSOs. I have started to work with APRS on the repeaters, and have had exactly one conversation, and that was with my Elmer. So I know I can at least do that. I will be traveling to CA for work this coming weekend, and I hope to do a QSO on Falconsat-3 at some point. I will be using a D72a, with an arrow antenna. K0FFY has been helping me with how to set up the radio for a Falconsat-3 QSO,but I'm not sure I have everything I need. He has given me the freqs, a link to a setup document: https://andrewbnortham.com/ke8fzt/falconsat/%C2%A0 and how a APRS Satellite QSO goes. What other advice can you guys give me so I can be successful?

And will it be active over the UK at any point? Very exciting to see and congrats on the pics - they look excellent! Would love to demo reception of these at events :) A huge well done to everyone concerned. Julian M0NUX
Hi Julian,
Thank you for the accolades!
Sadly, the orbit for AO-92 does not offer the chance for images over the U.K. We are bound by the NOAA imaging license to control the imager only from U.S. AMSAT Command Stations, so descending passes here have already come from your side and ascending passes are headed for China and Japan. While the 40 minute timer does allow us to activate Data Mode (the camera experiment) on an ascending pass at night here and capture images over China and Japan in the daylight, that won't work for any passes to/over Europe.
