It startled me too. I was in QSO with W7LRD and it just went dead. Then I looked at the time and thought it may have switched over to Mode A. Yep, it did!

FYI-AO-7 switched from mode B to A right at 2321Z. Right in the middle of a qso. The old bucket of bolts seems to pretty good time.
