FYI - I have submitted my request to the local decision-makers to be active as W1AW/0 from Minnesota. I have not heard back yet. It would be for some time between Jan. 29 and Feb. 4th.

I'll be activating W1AW/3 in the District of Columbia on the birds during the week of July 2nd and I'll be posting detailed operating plans as that week approaches.
