[amsat-bb] Subtones.sqf file

Tom: If you go into satpc32 and click on the subtones.sqf file and scroll down through the notepad. you will see that the $3F is used for the FT847. So therefore PO-101,141.3,$3F,1 is the correct format .. I have the FT847 and this format works !!
