[amsat-bb] UISS and Rigblaster

I am a "Newbie" and am using UISS/AGWPE connected thru a Rigblaster Plug&Play. It is connected to my IC-910H thru the data jack. I can talk to the 910H using Digipan, but cannot talk using UISS. Everything is set up on Com Port 1. It does not hear or talk on UISS. Is it possible that UISS is not compatible with the Rigblaster?
