Hi Jean-Pierre!
I assume that's 1KUNS-PF on 437.300 but as many others are saying on Twitter, the signal looks like 1k2 BPSK (USB).
However, as of the time I'm writing this, it doesn't look like it's decoding for anyone, including myself. I even tried it with LSB "just in case".
My packets were fairly strong and the 9k6 FSK signals from Irazu (436.500) and UBAKUSAT (437.325) decoded just fine.
So, as for the transmissions on 437.300, if they are 1k2 BPSK then perhaps there is some corruption. No doubt we'll learn more in coming days as the signals are looked at by some in the community who have the knowledge to dig deeper into the packets.

Received around 0500 UTC orbit nr 12 (?) 437.325 MHz GMSK 9k6, a frame about each minute. Nothing from IRAZU nor 1KUNS-PF till now. At the same time, near IRAZU, was something, narrow, looking like 1K2, about 437.300.
Have a nice day !
