[AMSAT-BB] Any lora sats active?

I planning a mission that could use lora modulation for telemetry/command. Does anyone know the status of fossasat and lorasat, etc? Also, what is Amsat/IARU stand on use of Lora (a proprietory protocol) on ham bands? I wish we had a standard weak signal protocol for amatuer sats that is doppler insensitive. - f
