[amsat-bb] Compass 1

I tried both the 13:30 to 13:40 and 15:05 to 15:18 passes here from VT but no luck. Didn't hear so much as a peep from the bird. I sent the commands in the blind on the later, higher elevation pass. Will try the 16:43 to 16:52 pass if I am home at the time.
