[amsat-bb] DM16 logs corrected

Thanks to VE7CEW for bringing to my attention a lack of QSLs for DM16 operations Sunday. Apparently when I set up the recorder for each pass, I was looking at a clock that was still set to Mountain time. Mea culpa. Logs have been fixed and uploaded, just give it a bit to process as LotW is about an hour behind at the moment. Possibly may just need to catch up, but may be down again for maintenance like Monday. 73!  Kevin N4UFO
