AO-91 seems to be ok on some days and passes, not on others. You should all be aware that it is not at all functional when it is not in the sun. It may take some time after it enters the sun to be available, or there may be something else going on. Nothing looks especially odd (given the dying batteries) in the telemetry, but the telemetry itself arrives on some passes and not on others.
