My comment still stands. Making SATs "off-limits" for "certain users"
for "certain reasons" makes no sense and couldn't be enforced. Besides,
those users are just as much AMSAT Members as everyone else and 
have been the biggest supporters for many years. My 2 cents.

We’re not a “contest club.” That’s icing on the cake for those interested. 

We need to welcome those new to this aspect of the hobby. Give ‘em prime time. 

Working only five days a week - during less-trafficked passes - would be a blast 
for award-seekers.
