[amsat-bb] FT-897D Fine Tuning

Does the use of a CAT cable and Ham Radio Deluxe allow me to tune the vfo with Better resolution than the current 10Hz? That's what I currently get with the Dial set to FINE . Ordered the cable and programming software, but was curious.

I like doing the FMT's and would like to have more resolution ..
