Here's a decent one. Just enter your main grid square at the bottom then scroll through and look for your home QTH address. Alternatively if you have an Android phone or iPhone they have apps that use the GPS to tell you your grid square.

I went to Hamcall I think the sites called, they have me in the wrong area code for my phone number and conflicts with the grid. I live in point place a suburb of Toledo,Ohio roughly a mile from Michigan State line and very close to Lake Erie !
