Only TEVEL-3 is on FM transponder mode.
The other TEVEL satellites are transmitting beacons every 20 seconds.

Please clarify, do you mean that the TEVEL transponders are open now?
Honestly, I monitored TEVEL FX for some time but get discourage as nothing heard from these birds.
I am still interested to catch the TLM and use the transponder of TEVEL, thus any insights more than welcomed.
