On the SO-50 1900Z pass I noticed the carrier was shifting down about 4 kHz randomly. Has this been noticed lately? Ron W5RKN

Not much to go on, but it sure does look like the carrier is ~4kHz low right at the start of the observation. I'll look at some other observations.....

Yep, went through the last 50 observations and there were a bunch of them that had this frequency shift. These are some of the worst.
