Try SoundModem by UZ7HO which can be downloaded at: http://uz7.ho.ua/packetradio.htm (You want soundmodem83.zip down towards the bottom of the page)
In the Modems Settings, under mode choose “BPSK AZ.25 1200 buad”, and untick the “non-AX25 filter”.
