What set of Keplerian data is the most reliable for AO-27?
And it seems that the West Coast US south-to-north passes are still up and running ... But is there any "better" info available - with the http://www.ao27.org/AO27/index.shtml site down?

The latest Keps I am aware of are those on Celestrak.
