From Lee, N9LO in EN44 ...

I had my first 3 contacts on AO-27 this afternoon shortly after noon central time with a Baofeng UV-3R (2 watts) with an antenna based on a design by Kent Britain -- WA5VJB I built. In a rush to get away from my apartment complex I forgot to bring my digital audio recorder and I cannot remember their call signs. One had XX in it and one had K8 in it. Did any hear us and can help me out? Wow, this was a lot of fun. Thanks.
