Can anyone know how to convert my LVB Tracker from DB9 Serial to USB ..? I do not want to use adapters ..

Since the Tracker is internally serial, there is no avoiding a USB-Serial adapter. Either you can use one externally, or try to build it inside, but that circuit will be there either way. Just make sure you get one with an authentic USB chip in it, not one of the counterfeit ones. You'll be forever fighting driver issues otherwise.

On the LVB PC board, beside the serial port, is a socket which will take a USB chip complete with connector. You remove the serial port chip, and install the USB chip.
As for the USB chip, the old part number was DLP-USB232M, which has been replaced by the 626-DLP-USB232M-G. Mouser has them at $25.
AMSAT used to sell them, but there were some reports that the computer would lose connection with the LVB, and so the use of an external adapter is recommended. That is usually the cheapest way to go.
