Hello all.

We had an anomaly on the web and mail server yesterday which affected web performance between 10:30 UTC and 17:10 UTC. Additionally, mail was slowed down between 10:30 UTC the 17th and 06:40 UTC today the 18th. I do not believe any mail was lost.
