Lots of people have been noticing that the ISS has been a little bit off probably because of all the movement and the crew changes.
Whoever takes care of the Amsat TLE files can you please update them a little bit more often than just once a week to accommodate for all the ISS movement.

It seems to be the Amsat Tle’s that is off for the ISS. How often does NASA update the ISS TLE for Amsat to pick up.
Because if I Amsat is updating several times a day which I am trying to confirm. How often does NASA update the ISS TLE.
Celcs Tracs seems to be spot on so I’m trying to figure out where the debacle is.

“nasa” in the keps filename refers to format, not source. As I recall, AMSAT gets its keps from Space-Track. AMSAT has several sets of keps available, so be sure you are using the “nasabare” set. The others are updated less frequently.
As a check, I just downloaded keps from AMSAT and looked at the next ISS pass, then did the same with CelesTrak. There was no difference in AOS times.

The daily.all file is generated from a script under development by our friends at New England Science and Technology in Natick MA. Please consider it as a "beta" quality for now. Using the list of spacecraft from the weekly Keps bulletin, it pulls data from USSF once per day and publishes around 2300 UTC.
NASA's Johnson Space Flight center has decommissioned the system that used to provide us with high accuracy TLE for ISS, so this may suffice for the near term.
