It doesn't look like he was in the footprint of HO-68 on that pass. I messed around with Orbitron and looks like possibly FO-20 beacon on 435.795?

FO-20 was a solid tone only the last few years it was alive as I recall. I'll darn sure listen for it though! FO-20 is a bit higher than FO-29 and was better for DXing from down south here.
