The OPDX Bulletin can be read every Sunday on http://wwww.papays.com/opdx.html
EL84 is one of the grids that is needed for the 488 Continental USA Gridmasters Award offered by the Star Comm Group (http://starcommgroup.org/index.html) hosted by Rick WA4NVM and Damon WA4HFN.
The last operation from the Dry Tortugas was by K4T back in 2010. You can read about it at http://www.papays.com/sat/k4t.html
This one is a little more rare than DM03, but only if you don't have it confirmed! 73, John K8YSE
I can confirm Mike will be on satellites during his trip. Several of us are working with him. Expect to hear him on the air prior to his island trip.
