I cannot find the "keps" for this bird on the Amsat website. What am I doing incorrectly?

It is 4th from the bottom. The list is more chronological than alphabetical order.

Fourth from the end at http://www.amsat.org/amsat/ftp/keps/current/nasa.all. Go to the website, hit keps on the menu bar just under the AMSAT banner, then pick the file type you need. Most folks use the 2-line format.
