Howdy Folks,

I received the Alinco DJ-G7 handheld tri-band radio for a Christmas gift from the XYL and I am looking forward to activating some of the more rare grids around northern Utah in the very near future. I dicovered, however, that my arrow antenna's BNC connector doesn't plug directly to the DJ-G7's SMA antenna jack (imagine that) so I just ordered a BNC to SMA adaptor. Anyway, my question is are there any other DJ-G7 users here that can give me some insight into how effective this hand held is on the satelites?
