Amazing to see Guy's are pulling out their "Oscar locators". I still have mine. I'm thinking about pulling mine out and using it. If I remember correctly, You had to use a couple of the "Kep" elements, to use it. RAAN and ??. Fill in the blanks.

My "Oscar" locator, should be called "RS locator", because that's what I used it for.
