It doesn't look like he was in the footprint of HO-68 on that pass. I messed around with Orbitron and looks like possibly FO-20 beacon on 435.795?

This is going to sound really crazy, but I went out tonight and got a recording. It's a beacon in Johnson, Mn. I'm in fn11 1000+ miles away. Who knew. Isn't this out of band for a beacon? Norm
