From time to time we get postings about this or that Volksrocket as a way to
get a cheap launch. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. I have heard of all manner of failure modes for launches. However, this one is probably near the top of the "You have got to be kidding!" list.
It will be interesting to see how this works out.

Reading the article, the root cause appears to be one of those procedural issues in handling cryogenic propellant. I'm sure they'll iron out the bugs in time. :)
