What is the current status of EO-79 and EO-80? Are they downlinking on 2 meters and what's the frequencies and modulation schemes?

The transponders are not yet active as their primary mission is not yet complete. This summer seems to be the latest estimate for that.

I was copying telemetry and uploading it for a while after launch, using MixW and OnlineKISS. I think I even did a short YouTube video. They are easy to hear!
