My Kenwood TM-455E (70cm all-mode transceiver) has no RS-232 interface, but it can be controlled in steps of 10 Hz using the microphone's up/down buttons.
What software/interface do I need to add automatic doppler tuning?

Hi Lars,
InstantTrack + InstantTune will auto-tune a radio using the mic buttons. You can buy InstantTrack from www.amsat.org and InstantTune is a free download from the "software archive" section of the amsat web site.
You would need to build a simple parallel port interface to connect the radio to your PC. Information on how to do this is in the InstantTune manual included in the download.
If you want to run this under WindowsXP, send me an email for a patch.
