When ISS and NO-44 are running, I can hit them both with 500 mW to an Eggbeater. That 300 mW is VERY impressive to say the least.

I was able to work AO-51's QRP transponder yesterday with 500mW and a homebrew antenna - 3 element yagi on 2m and 5 element on 70cm. I need to get some kind of portable recorder now, for recording the passes - I missed the chap's callsign twice due to local (acoustic) noise. EA3<something>
