The ISS repeater was back on the air. (2150 utc) Then Richard came on the air calling for Puerto Rico stations. I heard him WP4UX. Then he was gone and few others worked each other.

Sorry for the mistake. It should have been WP3UX that I heard Richand work in P. R.
