Still have SatPC32 password problem
I tried the serial number on the front of the disk case. Like Ryan it did not accept it as the password. My code is GI followed by 9 numeric (11 character code). I see SatPC32 default password is 8 asterisks. I tried with and without the GI but that still leaves 9 numeric. SatPC32 was on my old PC and never removed. To keep someone from buying it and giving it to the world is the password stored somewhere. And you cannot use it again until you uninstall from the other machine? Any ideas? And thanks for your replies to all my questions. 73 Mike K4MIA
Mike,
Mike,
GI+9 digits is the correct password length. The data is stored locally, and you can install SatPC32 on any number of computers. Currently it is on 3 of mine. Did you originally register the program under a different call? The registration number is based on your call at the time of purchase.
