XW-2B is either object 40907 or object 40906. The third stage of the CZ-6 rocket is object 40899.

It now looks like XW-2B is object 40906 and XW-2D is object 40907, but they are only 3 seconds apart...
The exact launch time of this maiden flight of the new Long March 6 (CZ-6) rocket was 2015-09-19 at 23:01:14.331 UTC.
