You may find that the WiSP web pages of JE9PEL / Mineo Wakita useful in trying to get WiSP to work. In particular http://www.ne.jp/asahi/hamradio/je9pel/wispvist.htm
I have attempted to install it on Vista Ultimate and it sort of installs but I have not yet checked it with any hardware.

Wisp32 works on Vista PCs. However, the hardware driver RR.DLL that comes with Wisp32 doesn't work on NT based Windows systems (Win2000, XP, Vista - a "kernel driver" is the only way to get hardware access on these systems). So, you can use Wisp32 for data traffic, but for rotor and radio control you need to simultaneously run a software that works on NT based systems. 73s, Erich, DK1TB
