Can I get someone with an ICOM 910 to do the following

1. Turn the power supply and radio on 2. Kill the power supply 3. Turn the power supply back on (does the radio come back on ?)

I have an autmated power system here, I need to know that the 910 will come back on to a power supply fail.

I need to know that the 910 will also stay off if told to stay off.
