On this morning's FalconSat-3 pass, I checked the signal required to decode using Dire Wolf. It was 18 dB SNR, so that's roughly S3 +/- above the noise floor.

RX setup: AirSpy SDR, SDRsharp, mast-mounted preamp, 15 X 15 X Yagi, G5500.
