Hi,
OSCAR-11 switched ON early 01 April, as expected. Good steady signals on 145.826 MHz. This is the last ten day operational period before eclipses start on 20 April. The eclipses continue until 23 August.
If the satellite behaves as it did last year, it is unlikely to be heard for any length of time, during the eclipse period.
Enjoy!

Where can I get "2-line" keps for the moon? Any help appreciated.

You can't - the logic for computing the moon (and sun) is different.
Your software should have these built-in. If you are interested I can supply C++ source for a Windows DLL with the logic you need.
