Bruce,

I was not clear, my concern was just the opposite --- Their point was AO-51 is not a single channel FM satellite, but a dual channel satellite. That implies there would be no limit to the number of contacts you could make on AO-51, as there are no ARRL restrictions on dual channel birds.

I know that is not within the spirit of the rules, but it probably is technically correct with the current ARRL wording.
