Signalink: Internal jumper Link2 ON <--- Could not get it to work with link OFF RX level 10 o'clock
PC: Signalink RX level +4.0dB HS soundmodem Device = Signalink Modem = FSK G3RUH 9600bd
That should do it for RX. Still working out the TX though.
