With the ISS digipeater down and NO-84 and NO-44 only slightly operational, are there any other birds that can do APRS digipeating on 145.825? What ever happened with BHUTAN-1 and MAYA-1? Weren't they supposed to be APRS digipeater capable?

IO-86 has APRS digi onboard, but only activated once a day due to secondary payload on the LAPAN A2/ORARI sattelite.
