Falcon 9 Successfully Launched
All indications are that everything went as planned, though the video downlink was intermittent. Deployment of payloads has apparently started.

I was able to see a bit of the contrail here in Long Beach.

That must have been an impressive sight.
Just after ignition, I thought the liftoff was rather slow but the rocket certainly sped up after it cleared the tower. Until that happened, I thought that it wasn't going to fly at all or come crashing down onto the pad.
All payloads have been successfully deployed:

Naw, not really.
Kinda looked like somebody a few blocks away lit off a firework. If you didn't know what it was, you wouldn't have looked twice at it.
Now a NIGHT LAUNCH from VAFB is really something to see!

Watched the initial liftoff on computer then ran outside to see the contrail from the San Fernando Valley. It seems to be headed in a more westerly direction than I usually see from my home. Congratulations to SpaceX. Great job.

there was at least one issue that is going to snake them...the second stage did not relight...if I was the QC person from SES I would want to understand why, how they fixed that...and would probably want to see a demo flight...wonder if the next Dragon flight goes before the SES and the folks play with the second stage some after that? If that happens to bad there is not a payload to put on it :) Robert WB5MZO
