Hi- I'm looking for ideas for wx proofing a tower mounted ant transfer relay for 1.2Ghz. I live in Washington, it rains here a "little". What have you done?

Bob,
I use PVC water resistant junction boxes that have a gasket on the lid. They make them in a bunch of sizes, but here is an example: https://www.amazon.com/Thomas-Betts-E989NCAR-8X8X4-JUNCTION/dp/B00JV3F1LU/
These make a good starting point. You'd want to add a drain hose and some water-resistant cable entry/strain relief fitting to the bottom.
You can also find water-tight strain relief fittings for passing cables into the box, though these fittings are quite pricey: https://www.amazon.com/Sessons-LN43DA-CTN-Assembled-Straight-Fitting/dp/B00I...

Get a Hubbell fiberglass enclosure from Grainger. I just got one to put my SGC-230 inside of for my 33' HF vertical.
If you're on a tight budget, the small grey Tupperware tote boxes are quite durable outside. I had one up in SoCal with my 137MHz preamp in it for weather satellites, and when I took it down after two years, it was still flexible.

Whenever I need to put electrical components outside and want them water and bug proofed, I use the gray Carlon boxes that are sold at big box stores and at electrical supply houses. For cable entries, I use a properly sized waterproof cable gland. Those are a little harder to find, but usually Digikey, Allied, or similar has them for order. Here's an example. vy 73,Dave N4KD

I use a regular plastic power outlet box from the local electrical wholesaler or Home Depot. They are grey plastic with knockouts around the outside and come in various sizes. Most times I use a 6x6 inch box for that extra room. The coax/wiring goes thru the bottom and the rest is sealed. The cover has a gasket to seal with.
'tupper ware' style box and waterproof conduit fittings from Home Depot ?? (w/drain hole to release moisture)

Upside down 5 gallon pail. Build a bracket to go on the side of the tower with unistrut (from your fave retailer). A vertical support panel attaches to this. Whatever needs to stay dry gets screwed to it. Over the whole mess goes the bucket. Positioned under is the lid. Coax gets routed up through the lid to your device.
Much more difficult to describe than build. Cost is par with a plastic box assuming first class build with stainless hardware. Can be done el cheapo with materials on hand.
Lived in that horrible climate, Florida for 7 years. This method was a winner. Tried others with varying degrees of success.
